The Agence Béninoise d’Electrification Rurale et de Maitrise d’Energie (ABERME) is launching a Notice of Expression of Interest to select bidders who will have to develop, after their selection, a detailed proposal for a sustainable management of sixty-six (66). ) mini-grids.

The services to be provided by the selected operators include:

  • Operation of equipment
  • Maintenance of installations and,
  • Keeping in perfect working state

The market is organized in seven (07) regional concession areas (7 lots). The summary technical information on each batch is contained in the technical file available from ABERME.

Important information

  • The expression of interest must be written in French in four (4) copies,  one (01) original and three (03) photocopies and deposited at the address mentioned in point 7 of the attached document.
  • The deadline for submission of applications is 20 December 2019 at 10 am (Cotonou time: UT +1)
  • Interested applicants may obtain additional information and a copy of the documents at the address specified in point 7 of the attached document
