Praia, March 12, 2025 – ECREEE was honored as a Regional Partner of Excellence at CERMI’s 10th Anniversary celebration on March 10, 2025, in Praia, Cabo Verde, by H.E. Dr. Eurico Monteiro, Minister for Investment and Business Promotion. This recognition highlights ECREEE’s long-standing partnership with CERMI in advancing sustainable energy capacity building and technical training in the ECOWAS region.

Since CERMI’s inception, ECREEE has played a key role in supporting its mission through joint programs, technical training, and certification initiatives. This collaboration has strengthened the skills of energy professionals and contributed to the region’s sustainable energy transition, not only in Cabo Verde, but throughout the ECOWAS region.

ECREEE congratulates CERMI on this remarkable milestone and looks forward to many more years of fruitful collaboration in advancing renewable energy and energy efficiency in the region.
