ECREEE – Praia, – 25th June 2021 The ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) in partnership with the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) and the Senegalese government are making final preparations for the Senegal Business Forum and Fair schedule to take place on the 29th June 2021. The high-profile event will take place in Dakar, under the chairmanship of the President of Senegal, Macky Sall.
With just few days to go, Bavarian, German and European technology providers are ready to play a key role in shaping sustainable African-EU business cooperation to support the objectives of the African Agenda 2063 and Paris Agreement. The focus on Senegal is designed to catalyse socio-economic development and to promote intercontinental business and trade.
This closed-door, interactive exchange event offers the opportunity for Senegalese businesses to meet German Technology and Business Solution Providers at their company booth in the new Virtual Exhibition Centre of EUTECH. The forum is expected to bring together key private sector stakeholders such as business developers and investors, who are active along the value chain for clean environment and renewable energy, agriculture, and health-business technologies as well as public and development cooperation officials who have been piloting projects and up scaling investments into clean and resource-efficient business products and services.
