The ECOWAS Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) in partnership with the ECONOLER firm from Quebec in Canada, is implementing the energy efficiency project in the industrial sector (PEEI) in the French-speaking countries of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), including Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo. This project is being carried out thanks to funding from the Government of Quebec.
In this context, for the implementation of the project, national training is planned at the level of each country concerned, for key players in the sector in the establishment and management of energy-efficient service companies (ESE), the use of energy performance contracts (EPC) and the measurement and verification of energy efficiency measures.
All interested parties are invited to submit their application in accordance with the attached form, no later than 31 May 2018 at 6 p.m. GMT, to the following addresses:
